In short

FieldCo comes with a ready-made device database of about 50,000 models for independent service shops. It covers roughly 95% of the devices sold in Türkiye; the brands and models of white goods such as televisions, refrigerators and washing machines are already defined.

If the model is unknown, or you do not want to go down to model level, every brand has an "Unknown" option.

In the mobile app the technician records each payment as cash, card or a bank transfer commitment. At the end of the day the owner settles the cash position with the technician from those records.

What is an independent service shop?

An independent service shop repairs devices of many brands and models without being tied to a single brand's authorized service network. That means it meets dozens of different brands and models every day.

Two recurring problems: the model and the cash

Finding the model. The customer threw the box away, or the label is worn or unreadable. When the technician cannot find the model in the system, the work order is opened incomplete or with the wrong model. A wrong model means a wrong spare part order and a broken service history.

Collections and cash. A technician takes cash from one customer and a card payment from another, and a third says "I will transfer it to your account". If there is no clear answer to "how much did you collect today?" at the end of the day, the owner and the technician end up arguing.

FieldCo solves both inside the work order.

How the FieldCo device database works

The database holds about 50,000 models and covers roughly 95% of the devices on the Turkish market. When opening a work order the technician picks the device type (for example television, refrigerator or washing machine) and the brand, and the models of that brand are listed. The right model is selected and the work order opens with it. There is no need to type model codes by hand, create definitions or call the office.

Service history, parts used and resolution notes for the same model build up in one place, so when the same fault comes back the technician does not start from scratch.

What if the model is unknown?

Every brand has an "Unknown" option. If the customer does not know the model, the label is unreadable, or going down to model level is unnecessary, the technician selects "Unknown" and opens the work order without delay. The brand stays on the record.

Collections in the mobile app

The technician enters the payment against the work order in the mobile app. There are three payment types:

Cash: The amount the technician received in hand.
Card: A payment taken by card.
Bank transfer commitment: An amount the customer has promised to transfer but has not yet paid. It is recorded as a commitment, so this receivable is not forgotten.

Every collection is linked to a work order. If there is a dispute, the record shows which work order, which method and how much.

End-of-day cash settlement with the technician

At the end of the day the cash position between the technician and the owner is settled from the recorded entries:

1. The technician enters every collection against its work order during the day.
2. The end-of-day (Z) report separates the collections into cash, card and bank transfer commitments.
3. The owner sees the cash to be handed over by the technician and compares it with the cash in hand.
4. Card collections are matched against bank records, and transfer commitments against the follow-up list.

No one relies on memory; every amount has a record, a date and a work order.

Which service shops is it for?

It suits independent service shops that repair white goods and similar household devices such as televisions, refrigerators and washing machines. A small shop with one technician and a shop with dozens of technicians work the same way: device selection gets faster and collections are on record.
